Who is the Head Brewer at Grainfed Brewing?
Yes, we do. Grainfed brews all the beers that we sell on site. We have a core range of beers, as well as seasonal specials. We also package our beers on site, ready to sell to local venues and they are all available at the Grainfed Shed 1/52 Young Rd, Lambton for take away as well.

Grainfed Brewing Company was established in Newcastle in 2012. The Grainfed Shed brewery and taproom in Lambton opened in 2023.

Grainfed combines locally brewed independent beer with a relaxed neighbourhood brewery experience. Beer is brewed onsite in Lambton and served in a community-focused venue where knowledgeable, personal service is an important part of the experience.

Is Grainfed close to McDonald Jones Stadium?
Grainfed is located in Lambton and is a convenient place to meet for a locally brewed beer before or after many Newcastle sporting or stadium events. It’s approximately 500mtr from the stadium.
Grainfed was founded by brewer Lachlan MacBean, who began his professional brewing career at Bluetongue Brewery and has also worked as an international beer judge.
